Fried burnt food is one of the most delicious food. Among them, potato chop is one of the most delicious food. It is a very popular food for all the people of Bangladesh throughout the year. Although it is somewhat harmful for the body as it is fried food,but it is a favorite food of all people as it is delicious.
It is a common food in the month of Ramadan. Potato chops are sure to go along with other items, especially during Iftar in the month of Ramadan. However, let's take a look at how to make this delicious food.
Ingredients that are needed to make this food
- Potato
- Besan
- Soda (Sodium carbonate)
- Pepper powder or burn pepper
- Oil
- Onion
- Coriander leaves
- Salt etc.
How to make this delicious food
First you have to burn or boil some potatoes well. Then mix some burnt chillies, with boiled potatoes and make a good paste. Then add a pinch of onion,pepper powder and coriander leaves and mix well.

Then cut the potato paste into small pieces and make it like bara. In other words, make it smaller in the size you see in the picture.
Then heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Then dip the small pieces of potato paste in the besan juice and leave it in hot oil.
After a while turned those chops upside down with a shake. As if both parts are well fried.
Now delicious potato chops were made. Now you can pick them up from the pan. You can try one of these and taste it. It is very tasty to eat and is a favorite food of most people in Bangladesh.
