Ingredients:
- Soybeans
- 1 cup of rice
- 2 onions
- Some garlic cloves
- Ginger
- Fresh coriander
- Green chilies
- Potatoes
- Salt as per taste
Spices:
- Turmeric powder
- Coriander powder
- Garam masala
- Red chili powder
Method:
- Boil and wash the soybeans thoroughly.
Wash the rice and soak it.
Finely chop the onions.
Make a paste of ginger and garlic.
Cut the potatoes into small pieces.
Now, take a cooker and heat oil in it. Once the oil is hot, add some whole spices. Then, add the chopped onions and sauté them until they turn brown. Add the chopped potatoes and sauté them. After that, add the rice and all the spices. Mix it well and add water, approximately 2 cups, along with 2 cups of soybeans. Close the cooker lid and wait for a whistle. Once it whistles, open it and garnish with fresh coriander.
