1/2 cup flaked parmesan
1/2 cup of black olives
1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
1 pear
extra virgin olive oil
a pinch of salt

Let's start by peeling a pear
We cut the pear into 4 wedges and remove the fibrous central part
We cut the pear into small pieces
In a bowl we put 100 g of valerian salad
We add half a cup of parmesan flakes
We add half a cup of coarsely chopped walnuts
Let's add some black olives
And finally we add our pear cut into small pieces
Season with a pinch of salt...
...And with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
Mix well and it's ready!!!
