Ingrediants:
1 flatbread
1 potato (150 grams)
1 cucumber
1 canned tuna (80 grams)
1 pinch of salt
cooking time: 10 minutes

Peel a medium sized potato
Cut it into large pieces
Blanch the potatoes in boiling water for 5 minutes
Peel a cucumber with a potato peeler
Cut the cucumber into not too fine slices
Cut out small circles from a flatbread
Take some baking cups and place the wraps inside
Cook the wraps for 10 minutes at 180 degrees until they become golden
In a blender, pour a can of tuna (about 80 grams)
Add the boiled potato
Add a pinch of salt
Blend everything together
Place the mixture in a paping bag
Once the wraps are ready, remove them from the cup
Place a slice of cucumber inside the wrap
Fill with the tuna and potato mousse
Garnish with another slice of cucumber
Eat and enjoy!!!
