¿No les pasa que muchas veces llega la hora de la cena y sienten que están aburridos de comer siempre lo mismo? A mí me pasa todos los días, así que en estos días aproveché unos ingredientes que tenía e hice mi versión de pepitos con carne.
Don't you often find it's dinner time and you feel bored of always eating the same thing? It happens to me every day, so these days I took advantage of some ingredients I had and made my version of pepitos with meat.
Ingredients:
- 200 gr of beef steak.
- One baguete (canilla in Venezuela).
- Two eggs.
- Two slices of yellow cheese gouda type.
- Two slices of leg ham.
- Sliced onion.
- 1 tomato in slices.
- Mayonnaise
- Chopped parsley.
- Ketchup

- dos rebanadas de Jamón de pierna.
- Cebolla en rodajas.
- 1 tomate en rodajas.

Tomamos nuestro beef steak y lo llevamos a la plancha (no fotografié el proceso), este estuvo previamente adobado con sal, ajo, y un poco de salsa de soya. Lo dejé término medio porque es el punto que a mí me gusta.
We took our beef steak and grilled it (I did not photograph the process), it was previously marinated with salt, garlic, and a little soy sauce. I left it medium because that is the point that I like.

Picamos la Bagguete por el medio y le ponemos mayonesa, luego encima la carne picada muy caliente, el queso y jamón.
We chop the Bagguete in the middle and put mayonnaise on it, then on top of the very hot minced meat, cheese and ham.

Encima de esto le ponemos los vegetales, a mí me faltó lechuga pero no tenía, además freí dos huevos y see los agregué. Por encima de esto le puse salsa de tomate, pueden agregar más salsas. Le ponemos perejil picado y ¡A comer! Esta receta está pensada para dos personas es por eso que corté todo a la mitad y la compartí con mi sobrino. Vale decir que no pude con mi parte, así que guardé el resto para comer luego y cuando fui a buscarla no estaba, Alejandro se comió también lo que dejé. Jajajaja.
On top of this we put the vegetables, I missed lettuce but I didn't have any, I also fried two eggs and added them. On top of this, I put tomato sauce, you can add more sauces. Add chopped parsley and let's eat! This recipe is meant for two people, that's why I cut everything in half and shared it with my nephew. It's worth saying that I couldn't eat my part, so I saved the rest to eat later and when I went to get it, it wasn't there, Alejandro also ate what I left. Hahahaha.

Sé que este no era el post que esperaban todos, y también se que esperan mi publicación para Jau (no lo pienso etiquetar porque el chismoso ese está pendiente de todo) pero cada vez que pienso en hacer alguno me pongo triste, yo aún no puedo hacerlo, paso todo el día monitoreando su estado de salud tanto con él como con mi hermana y cuando me doy cuenta ya es muy tarde y estoy muy cansada. A veces nos olvidamos que de esto vivimos muchos y que no debo de dejar de hacer mi contenido. Pronto habrá post para jau, aún quedan días de tratamiento para jau y falta algo de tiempo para que lo veamos por acá. Cuando quieran hacer sus post en beneficio háganlo, que la recuperación de jau es lenta y necesitará de nuestra ayuda.
I know that this was not the post that everyone was expecting, and I also know that you are waiting for my publication for Jau (I will not label him because that gossipy guy is watching everything) but every time I think of doing one I get sad, I still can't do it, I spend all day monitoring his health with him and my sister and when I realize it is too late and I am very tired.
