So dumpling cooking had become a weekend tradition for me. This all started when I got married back in end of January. My wife really loves it to cook for me and my family as everyone here is fond of dumpling. Last Saturday as well, we had a dumpling party at home and yesterday too.
The fillings inside dumpling were same as the previous one: grated cabbage, soyabean, thinly sliced onions mixed with various spices like MOMO masala, salt, red chili powder. My wife is good at making these awesome shapes.
Ready to steam in a medium flame. It was steamed for about 25 minutes.
Had the dumpling with coke and pickle. This time the pickle was made using fried peanut and white seasame seeds. I also used little juice made from tamarind to add sourness to the pickle. It would be best with the dumpling. We couldn't eat all dumpling so the leftover had been kept for today lunch. Probably would have it fried for today's mid-day meal.
