1 ripe banana

Preparation
- The first thing he did was take the butter and sugar, and form a single mixture
- After adding the two eggs and a little vanilla, I continued joining everything
- Then remove the skin from the banana and grate on a cheese grater on the coarse side.
- Add to the mixture, and then place grated cheese, leaving the mixture as seen in the photograph
- Now with this mixture ready, take a measuring cup and place the 250 grams of wheat flour
- Add the flour and a little water to soften the mixture
- Take a small tray and place the mixture and bring to cook

Saludos amigos de hive , hoy les traigo un rico pastel realizado con plátano. Este es un ingrediente que es usado en muchos platos deliciosos, tanto salados como dulce. Realmente me encanta el plátano en diferentes versiones de comida. Aquí te muestro como prepare este delicioso pastel con pocos ingredientes
Ingredientes
100 gramos de azúcar
250 gramos de harina de trigo
100 gramos de mantequilla
1 plátano maduro

2 huevos
Preparación
- Lo primero que realice fue tomar la mantequilla y el azúcar, y forme una sola mezcla
- Después agregue los dos huevos y un poquito de vainilla, seguí uniendo todo
- Luego quite la piel al plátano y ralle en rallador de queso por el lado grueso.
- Incorpore a la mezcla, y después coloque queso rallado, quedando la mezcla como lo ven en la fotografía
- Ahora con esta mezcla ya lista, tome una taza medidora y coloque los 250 gramos de harina de trigo
- Incorpore la harina y poco de agua para suavizar la mezcla
- Tome una bandeja pequeña y coloque la mezcla y lleve a cocinar
- Aquí al momento de estar lista el pastel
- Realice un dulce de platano con rodajas y azúcar para dornar el pastel
