Steak with sweet paprika and vegetables

Happy weekend, today a field day, accompanying my son in a friendly soccer game and then cooking a delicious steak with sweet paprika and vegetables. Although meat is quite expensive, we always look for ways to have protein for the week. I have not used paprika very much, I really liked it since one day I bought tostones and they put paprika, but this one was spicy. Well in my house they don't like spicy; so I bought sweet and accompanied with paprika and onion. I show you this preparation.

Aunque la carne está bastante costosa, siempre buscamos la manera de tener proteínas para la semana. La paprika tengo poco usándola, realmente me gustó desde un día que compré tostones y colocaron paprika, pero está era picante. Bueno en mi casa no les gusta el picante; así que compré dulce y acompañe con pimentón y cebolla. Te muestro esta preparación.

I washed the steak very well, and started seasoning it first with salt and pepper to taste.

Take the onion, cut into slices and the bell pepper in small julienne cuts, in addition to the two cloves of garlic. Mix all the ingredients together to season. Let stand for 10 minutes to concentrate the flavors.

Tome la cebolla, corte en rodajas y el pimiento en pequeños cortes a la juliana, además de los dos dientes de ajo. Se une todos los ingredientes para sazonar. Se deja reposar por 10 minutos para que se concentren los sabores.

It should be fried with just a little oil, and the vegetables on top so that the steam will soften them.

Se lleva freír solo con un poco de aceite, y los vegetales encima para que con el vapor se vayan suavizando.

Once the steaks had browned a little on both sides, I decided to place the vegetables so that they would take on a little color. This way they will have a better flavor when consumed.

Una vez que los bistec se doraran un poco por ambos lados, decidí colocar los vegetales a qué tomarán un poco de color . Ya que así tienen mejor sabor al ser consumidos.

This dish is accompanied with shredded cabbage and carrot salad; here we only grate the carrot and cut the cabbage into strips, to season only oil and vinegar, salt and sugar.

Este plato lo acompañe con ensalada rallada de repollo y zanahoria; aquí solo rallamos la zanahoria y se corta el repollo en tiras, para sazonar solo aceite y vinagre, sal y azúcar.
