Hey friends of the Hive i have another simple, filling and low calorie recipe for everyone!
Hola Amigos de Hive tengo otra receta simple, llenadora y de bajas calorias para compartir!
Lets Start with the ingredients (this are the basic ones i encourage everyone to use the spices you like)
Empecemos con los ingredientes (estos son los mas basicos aliento a todos como siempre a sumarle los condimentos o especias que prefieran)
So step 1, you can use a non stick frying pan or pot, saute the chopped onions with the butter and a bit of water, add salt and pepper and cook until the water reduces and the onions get a brownish color
Empecemos! paso 1, puedes usar una sartén o cacerola antiadherente, saltear las cebollas picadas con la mantequilla y un poco de agua, agregar sal y pimienta y cocinar hasta que el agua se reduzca y las cebollas adquieran un color marrón.
Step 2, chop the spinachs, you can use natural, frozen or canned ones
Paso 2, picar la espinaca, pueden ser naturales, congeladas o en lata
Step 3, set aside the ricotta cheese and break it with a fork so it could be easily added to the rest of the filling
Paso 3, separa el queso ricota y pisalo con un tenedor para que pueda ser incorporado mas facilmente a la mezcla
Step 4, when the onions are ready add the cheese and the spinach and mix everything
Paso 4, cuando las cebollas estan listas agregar el queso y la espinaca y mezclar
Step 5, get the empanada dough fill each one generously and just make 6 or 7 little pinches on the sides to form a little basket like the ones shown in the pictures
Paso 5, separar las tapas de empanada y llena cada una generosamente, luego haz 6 o 7 dobleces en los lados para tratar de formar una pequeña canasta como la que se ve en las fotos
Step 6, put on the oven at 180-200º, it can be done at more heat since only the dough needs cooking but it better to do it slower and more evenly
Paso 6, poner a cocinar en el horno a 180-200º, podria hacerme con mas calor ya que solo la masa necesita cocinarse pero es mejor hacerlo un poco mas lento para que la coccion sea mas pareja
Step 7, ENJOY 😁

The calories for all 6 baskets are around 700-800 total, its going to depend a lot on the calories of the dough, if its store bought, if it has more or less fat content, but the recipe overall is pretty healthy and low calorie!

Las calorias de las 6 canastitas son alrededor de 700-800 en total, va a depender mucho de las calorias de la masa, si es comprada, y si tiene mas o menos grasa, pero en general la receta es muy saludable y bajas calorias!
