I wasn’t really a fan of burgers but I have to say that there’s a place in Bangkok that sells good burgers and it’s pretty delicious. When I first arrived in Bangkok, the place was really packed. It was friday night and people seemed to be enjoying chilling out in that confined space. Jim’s Burger is a local joint spread all over bangkok but the one we went to has a smaller space and no parking lot space. Despite all of those, the burger is sort of to die for.
Also, the other day I also read a post by @shahzad-ansari who wrote a review on his favourite burger joints. That inspired me to write about my experience going to one over here. As again, I am not really a fan or burger and have only eaten them a couple of times in my life.
Jim’s was also my first time seeing so many beautifully designed cans of craft beer which was really cool to see. It’s just unfortunate that craft beer is quite an expensive hobby over here so I haven’t really tried them yet. Their menu varies a lot and interestingly, they also sell fusion burgers that I ordered that time. It was a “burrito” burger that looked strange to me, so I went ahead and ordered it. Then, you also get a side which can be fries or anything you like.
Jim’s fries is one of the best I’ve eaten so far. It’s crispy, crunchy and well-seasoned. It’s one of my favourites to eat over here. Perhaps if you don’t like the burger, you can order fries instead just like what I did when I was coming back over there. So, if you’re in Bangkok, Jim fries is a must try and I am sure you won’t be disappointed by it at all.
Their burgers are soft and not crumbly at all. You can also request how your meat would be and the ingredients that you put in the burger. I am not an expert at burgers but I can only say that they tasted really good compared to the ones I had in the past. The best from the place would definitely be the fries for me. It’s the best I’ve ever had so far and nothing has topped it compared to all the fries I tried in many cafes and restaurants before. It also got me curious about how they make it because it’s one of the great business ideas and I want to try selling that back in Indonesia.
There are many places in Bangkok that sell interesting food and it gives me many ideas about business I can have back home.
