#Recipe mushroom omelette with tomatoes and cheese
ingredients:
Eggs: 2 pcs
Chopped mushrooms: 3 -4pieces
Tomatoes: 3 pieces
Salt and pepper as needed
Thyme powder
Cheese: two tablespoons
Butter as needed
The amount of material depends on the number of members of your family. This value is suitable for 1-2 persons
How to make :
Grate the tomatoes after washing and fry them in some butter or oil.
Add salt, pepper, paprika, powder to the tomatoes
Pour some butter or liquid oil in the pan and put the mushrooms in the pan. When the mushroom juice is drawn, add to the mixture of the above ingredients.
You can fry the mushrooms with the tomatoes at the same time (the way I did)
Then add cheddar or gouda or mozzarella or any processed cheese
I used cheddar cheese (not sliced)
Then break the eggs and put them in the pan without stirring
Then put it in the pan until the ingredients are completely cooked
