Ingredients
- Puff Pastry (ready-made)(1)
- Goat's Cheese (goat) (x1)
- Fresh cream (40cl)
- Chorizo 1OO Grams (strong)
- Leeks (450 Grams)
- Teaspoon salt (1)
- Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper (1)
Instructions:
- Rinse the leeks and cut them into pieces then steam them for about 15 minutes then drain them,reserve it.
Place your tart in a suitable pan.Use a fork to make holes in the bottom of the tart.
Preheat oven to 374 degrees F (190 C).
Precook your naked tart for 5 minutes.
Combine fresh cream, eggs, salt/pepper in the bowl of a mixer and beat for 3-4 minutes.
Spread 2 tablespoons of mustard in the bottom of the tart.
Arrange first the chorizo, then the goat cheese and then the
leeks on the tart.
- Finally, pour your crème fraiche/egg mixture over your pie and bake for about 35 minutes at 374 degrees F (190 C).
