Hi guys, I hope you are well. Here is a simple recipe to make for lunch that will get you out of a hurry. This is spaghetti with sausage sauce. Easy and simple to make at home.

MATERIALES/ MATERIALS
- Espagueti/ Spaghetti
- 2 salchichas/ 2 sausages
- Cebolla/ Onion
- Ajo/ Garlic
- 3 tomates/ 3 tomants
- Orégano
- Pimienta/ Pepper
- Sal/ Salt
PROCEDIMIENTO/ PROCEDURE
Para empezar, pondremos a hervir una olla con agua donde iremos agregando poco a poco los espagueti incrustados trozos de salchichas. Dejamos cocinar por 15 minutos aproximadamente.
To begin, we will boil a pot with water where we will add little by little the spaghetti embedded with pieces of sausages. Let it cook for about 15 minutes.
Por otro lado haremos la salsa en una ollita a fuego medio donde pondremos la mitad de una cebolla cortada en trozos, 2 dientes de ajo y no puede faltar los tomates sancochados.
On the other hand, we will make the sauce in a small pot over medium heat where we will put half an onion cut into pieces, 2 cloves of garlic and boiled tomatoes.
Seguimos condimentando con una cda de orégano y pimienta. Echamos la sal al gusto.
Dejamos cocinar por unos 10 minutos.
Season with a tablespoon of oregano and pepper. Add salt to taste.
Let it cook for about 10 minutes.
Para terminar, licuamos lo que teníamos en la ollita hasta que quede una mezcla espesa donde la agregaremos en los espagueti y listo.
To finish, we blend what we had in the pot until it is a thick mixture where we will add it to the spaghetti and that's it.
