Bueno amigos empecemos, lo que utilicé para esta receta fue lo siguiente;
5 mazorcas o maíz.

The preparation is super easy and simple and you can do two things that I also did which was cachapa, and corn buns, the first thing I did was peel the cob 🌽 carefully to recycle the leaves for the buns, then with a knife I was chopping the corn as seen in the photo and having all this ready in my blender put half of the corn to blend well I put 80ml of milk bore 40 and 40 because I liquefy it in two batches hahahahahaha, Once the mixture is ready, place it in a pot and add a pinch of salt and 2 tablespoons of sugar and stir it, then place my super frying pan on high heat and add a little bit of butter so it doesn't stick, I put two spoonfuls of the corn mixture to the pan and I placed it in the size of the pan with the help of the spoon, I covered it for 1 minute on each side and ready, I filled it with cheese and that's how my cachapa was, now let's go with the corn buns, with the corn husks that I recycled I opened it well I placed three husks I placed two tablespoons of the mixture as shown in the photo I placed a little finger of hard cheese I closed it like a tamale and then I tied it with a wick, in a pot I placed water and put it on high heat I waited for the water to boil I placed the buns and waited 20 minutes and ready, well two recipes in one hahahaaha I hope you liked it, thanks for reading, take care of yourselves.

La preparación es súper fácil y sencilla y puedes hacer dos cosas que yo también la hice que fue cachapa, y bollos de maíz, lo primero que hice fue pelar la mazorca 🌽 con cuidado para poder reciclar las hojas para los bollos, después con un cuchillo la fui picando los maíz así como se ve en la foto ya al tener todo esto listo en mi licuadora coloque la mitad de los maíz para que se licúe bien le coloque 80ml de leche ósea 40 y 40 porque lo licúe en dos tanda jajajaaj, ya al estar lista la mezcla la coloque en una olla y le coloque la pizca de sal y 2 cucharadas de azúcar lo revolví, luego coloque el super sartén mio jaajjaja a calentar a fuego alto le coloque un poquito de mantequilla para que no se pegue, le coloque dos cucharadas de la mezcla de maíz al sartén y lo fui colocando del tamaño del sartén con ayuda de la cuchara lo tape por 1 minuto por cada lado y listo, lo rellene con queso y así quedó mi cachapa, ahora vamos con los bollos de maíz, con las hojas del maíz que recicle la abrí bien le coloque tres hojas le coloqué dos cucharadas de la mezcla así como se aprecia en la foto le coloqué un dedito de queso duro la cerré como un tamal y luego la amarré con un pabilo, en una olla coloqué agua y la puse a fuego alto espere que hirviera el agua coloqué los bollos y espere 20minutos y listo bueno dos recetas en una jajajaaj espero le haya gustado, gracias por leer cuídense mucho
