1 kilo de papas
3 dientes de ajo
Unas ranitas de cilantro o perejil
3 cucharadas de mantequilla.

Preparación:
Comencé pelando y cortando en cubos las papas, y las coloque a cocinar en un poco de agua hasta que estuvieron suaves, luego contiene picando el cilantro y machacado el ajo.

Escurrir el agua de las papas y reservar.
