Hello hivers, a pleasure to show you again a little of my home cooking.This time it is a simple but delicious recipe of stewed meat with short pasta, I love spaghetti because it always solves and likes a lot.Usually many of the dressings I chop them and freeze it is easier for me when cooking.
Ingredientes para preparar carne guisada con pasta corta (4 personas)
Ingredients to prepare stewed meat with short pasta (4 persons)
Ajo porro (al gusto)
Perejil ( al gusto)
cilantro (al gusto)
1 zanahoria pequeña
1/2 cebolla
orégano
3 cucharadas de salsa de tomate
4 aceitunas
sal al gusto
300 gr de carne de res para guisar
1/2 tasita de aceite
500 gr de pasta corta
Garlic (to taste)
Parsley (to taste)
cilantro (to taste)
1 small carrot
1/2 onion
oregano
3 tablespoons tomato sauce
4 olives
salt to taste
300 gr of beef for stewing
1/2 cup of oil
500 gr of short pasta
Paso 1/Step 1
Previamente lavada la carne con vinagre y cortada, se pone a ablandar ,se le agrega orégano para que le de ese olor y sabor requerido.
Previously washed the meat with vinegar and cut, it is put to soften, oregano is added to give it the required smell and flavor.
Paso 2/Step 2
Previamente lavados se cortan los aliños muy pequeños y se sofríen .
Previously washed, the seasonings are cut into very small pieces and fried.
Paso 3/Step 3
Se cocina la pasta corta y se cuela al final para mantenerla caliente.
Cook the short pasta and strain at the end to keep it warm.
Paso 4/Step 4
Una vez blanda la carne se le agrega el sofrito y las aceitunas,se mezcla.
Once the meat is soft, add the sofrito and the olives and mix.
Paso 5/Step 5
Como las aceitunas liberan sal el toque dulzón será el de la salsa de tomate y se le añade una pizca de sal al gusto.
As the olives release salt, the sweet touch will be that of the tomato sauce and a pinch of salt is added to taste.
Paso 6/Step 6
Se sirve la pasta con la carne guisada encima,espero les haya gustado esta comida casera.
