Y siempre tenemos esas pequeñas opciones para resolver la comida de nuestra familia de una manera práctica y deliciosa. El día de hoy les traigo unos deliciosos bollitos con harina de arroz de la marca PAN.

And we always have those little options to solve our family's food in a practical and delicious way. Today I bring you some delicious rolls with rice flour from the PAN brand.
Ingredientes.
1 taza de harina de arroz
Sal
Agua
Mantequilla
Queso
Ingredients.
1 cup of rice flour
Salt
Water
Butter
Cheese
Preparación
En un bold agregamos la harina seguidamente de la sal
Preparation

Seguidamente agregamos el agua y removemos hasta que la harina compacte. Seguimos amasando hasta formar una bola suave.

Una vez lista la masa dividimos en bolitas, así será más fácil hacer los bollitos.

Comenzamos a moldear los bollitos, mientras llevamos el agua al fuego. Es importante que el agua esté hirviendo para que la cocción sea más rápida.

Dejamos en cocción. Un dato importante es que cuando los bollos estén listos ellos flotan.

Sacamos del agua dejamos escurrir y agregamos la mantequilla y el queso.

Listo podemos disfrutar acompañado de otras cosas. Aquí en Venezuela también es muy popular servir los bollos para acompañar las parrillas.
