Hello Hivers ๐๐,
Rainy season as a lot of good things to offer for Farmers and consumers. This final consumers can be in form of anyone that actually consume directly or indirectly Farm products be it final industrial products or not. Dealing with fresh food can be a little bit difficult because it is perishables. Perishable can only last for 24 hours for those who cannot preserve it for a longer period of time. In the rainy season we have a lot of perishable agricultural product that's when grinded it gives the final food taste. I was in a very meaning perishable market anong Gaa Akanbi Roundabout here in ilorin town where I saw a lot of fresh Peppers and tomatoes.
So I was there for more than 30 minutes looking around here and there to see what more perishable foods I can see at that point in time. Thereby making sure that they look so fresh to the final consumers. I meant the pepper seller who happened to be into this business for more than seven years with a little bit of conversation I made I was told that he started this kind of perishable business right from when he was in the northern part of Nigeria Kaduna State. He also told me that he has one wife with five kids. He uses the money source from this particular perishable business to feed his family members and also send them to school.
- Tomatoes with Red Chili Pepper.
I actually noticed that when it comes to this kind of business it is very risky to handle perishable products and as you can see it and this pictures all the perishables are very attractive fresh and enticing. These are what the final consumers always look for in perishable products.
- These are both in basket and also in bits. Depend on individual choices what you want to buy.
The Cayenne Pepper.
This also helps to thicken the stew whenever it is used as combination for stew. You definitely give it a trial.
- This small plates are those that they use in selling bit by bit for the final consumers. And per plate is #200 in Nigerian currency. ( 0.48 United States)
