Hola mis queridos amigos de Hive, otra vez por aquí con una maravillosa receta, el cual aprendí de mi mamá, realizada al mejor estilo e intentando hacerlo lo mas parecido, porque a ella le queda espectacular.

INGREDIENTES: / INGREDIENTS
1/2 Repollo
3 Zanahorias
1 Pimentón
1 Cebolla grande
1/2 kg de pollo (preferiblemente pechuga)
Sal
Pimienta
Salsa Inglesa
Salsa de Soya
Salsa de Ajo
1/2 Cabbage
3 carrots
1 bell pepper
1 large onion
1/2 kg chicken (preferably breast)
Salt
Pepper
English Sauce
Soy Sauce
Garlic Sauce
PREPARACIÓN: / PREPARATION:
a) Picar en tiras y sancochar la zanahoria y el repollo. Estará lista cuando esté la zanahoria suave y el repollo se ponga amarillo.
a. Chop into strips and parboil the carrot and cabbage. It is ready when the carrot is soft and the cabbage turns yellow.
b) Sancochar el pollo con un poquito de sal y luego desmenuzar.
b. Boil the chicken with a little salt and then shred.
c) Picar en tiras la cebolla y el pimentón, para luego sofreír.
c. Chop the onion and paprika into strips and sauté.
d) Agrega los demás ingredientes al sartén. La sal, la pimienta y las salsas son al gusto de cada uno.

e) Agrega a la sartén el caldo que quedó del pollo, y el caldo que quedó de las verduras sancochadas, aproximadamente 3:2 tazas y dejas 10 minutos cocinar a fuego medio.
e. Add to the pan the broth left over from the chicken, and the broth left over from the parboiled vegetables, approximately 3:2 cups, and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat.
f) Y servir, a mí me gusta con arroz 😊. Bon appetit!!
