Every Sunday as usual is the routine schedule for my husband and I to explore places or attractions that we have never visited before.
And this week we will again walk to the peak area in North Sumatra, especially if not Berastagi. The last 2 weeks we did not pass this place, a new rest area has been established in the Daulu area, Berastagi sub-district. The name of the new place is Awan's strawberry Pancakes.
However, this Sunday the weather was very unfavorable with heavy rain when we traveled so, we could not explore the rest area freely and comfortably.
Even so, with the rain that fell and the weather conditions were very cold, it also added to its own enjoyment in this place, because the dishes provided at this cloud strawberry pancake were varied, ranging from fruit salad, strawberry milk, fresh strawberry fruit, fruit pudding, goat's milk, hot drinks and many others, and everything is very fresh.
Of all the menus served there, the most special is the strawberry pancakes, the strawberry pancakes here are served still very hot, perfect for cold weather. In addition, the strawberry jam here is very fresh because it is made from strawberries directly picked from the garden without preservatives and artificial sweeteners. When we start cutting the pancake we will see strawberry seeds that are clearly visible and a few pieces of strawberry that are not yet smooth when blended. This pancake is highly recommended besides the taste of milk, lots of cheese pieces, besides fresh strawberries, also a large diameter of the pancake and of course the price is very cheap for a piece of this hot pancake and the price of the pancake is Rp. 20,000
Not only are the dishes delicious and have low prices, but the architecture of this building is also very cool and very instagramable. In this place, while enjoying the food that we ordered, we can also enjoy the extensive strawberry gardens around the café, but because it was raining and it didn't stop, we couldn't take maximum pictures.
In this café, there is also a large parking area, clean toilets, and a unique prayer room, as well as joglo-joglo that are more traditional themed. You really have to visit this place.
