It doesn't have to be a lot of money to be happy, the most important thing is to be grateful, even though it would be easier if we had money..ha..ha...and my current situation and situation, which has little free time, makes me also crazy about the usual cooking recipes. I'm not really into the hassle right now I'm a little blind to the complexities of my current recipe. and now I will make a snack recipe, namely Bakwan rice.
Usually Bakwan is made from a mixture of flour and vegetables, it can also be made from a mixture of flour and corn and shrimp, for example. But here I'm going to make Bakwan, the flour mixture itself is rice, and have you ever made this Bakwan Nasi? how to make? Is it the same way I'm doing it now? Let's take a look at the process of making my Bakwan Rice and pay attention to the ingredients, my friends.
Necessary materials :
1. Rice to taste (approximately 1 – 2 centong rice)
2. 2 medium carrots
3. Large red chili to taste
4. 2 cloves of red onion
5. 2 – 3 cloves of garlic
6. Celery leaves to taste (finely chopped)
7. 3 spoons of tapioca flour.
8. Salt to taste (¼ tablespoon)
9. Oil for frying
How to make :
1. Our rice is boiled for a while until it boils and while waiting for the rice to boil we can peel and cut the carrots into small pieces as well as the celery leaves.
2. Then, after boiling, remove and drain until there is no water left from the boiled rice.
3. Mix tapioca flour and salt
4. Mix the carrots and celery leaves into the container that already contains the rice that has been drained earlier
5. After that, grind the shallots, garlic and red chilies
6. After mixing it into the rice mixture, stir until all the ingredients are evenly mixed without adding water
7. After that, fry the dough in hot oil over medium heat.
8. After the mixture is brownish in color, remove and drain.
While warm you can enjoy this rice bakwan. It's really easy to make Bakwan rice. and if you are lazy to boil the rice you can also immediately add the seasoning to the rice and add salt and tapioca flour and then fry it, try it once in a while and enjoy a different snack than what you usually make.
