¡Un fuerte abrazo a mi querida comunidad de recetas! Espero se encuentren bien. Es genial volver a estar por aquà haciendo una de las cosas que más me gustan: ¡Cocinar! Hace unos dÃas hice esta Crema de zanahorias. Para mÃ, las cremas son una de esas comidas como caÃdas del cielo cuando se te antoja algo rápido y a la vez nutritivo.
Suelo hacerlas con caldo de pollo o de carne y generalmente lo que hago es congelarlo, sólo de sacar y poner a calentar para cocinar las verduras. Esta vez como querÃa compartir el proceso con ustedes lo hice con 2 piezas de pollo pequeñas con hueso. Además me gusta saltear los vegetales y verduras en mantequilla antes de agregarlos a la olla, para que quede con más sabor.
Esta crema me rindió para cuatro porciones con la cantidad de ingredientes que te indico a continuación:

A big hug to my dear recipe community! I hope you are well. It's good to be back here doing one of the things I love the most: Cooking! A few days ago I made this carrot cream. For me, creams are one of those meals that fall from the sky when we want something quick and at the same time nutritious.
I usually make them with chicken or beef stock and generally what I do is freeze it, just take it out and heat it up to cook the vegetables. This time as I wanted to share the process with you I made it with 2 small pieces of chicken on the bone. I also like to sauté the vegetables and greens in butter before adding them to the pot, so that it has more flavour.
It made four servings with the amount of ingredients listed below:

4 zanahorias
1 papa mediana
3 cucharadas de mantequilla
4 dientes de ajo
1 cebolla mediana
2 ajÃes dulces
1 ramita de cilantro

1 litro de caldo de pollo
4 carrots
1 medium potato
3 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic
1 medium onion
2 sweet peppers
1 sprig coriander
Salt
1 litre of chicken stock

En una olla puse el pollo con seis tazas de agua, para que al reducir el lÃquido obtener un litro de caldo que fueron como 04 tazas, mientras se cocinaba fui picando los aliños y las verduras.
Cuando estuvo listo, saqué el pollo del caldo y lo guardé para otra preparación.
I put the chicken in a pot with six cups of water, so that when the liquid was reduced, I obtained a litre of broth, which was about 04 cups, and while it was cooking I chopped the seasoning and the vegetables.
When it was ready, I took the chicken out of the broth and kept it for another preparation.
Quité la piel de las zanahorias y las papas y las corté en ruedas delgadas para que se hicieran más rápido.
La cebolla la corté en ruedas, el ajo en trozos pequeños y al ajà dulce le quité las semillas y corté en trocitos.
I removed the skins from the carrots and potatoes and cut them into rounds so that they would cook faster.
I cut the onion into rounds, the garlic into small pieces. I removed the seeds from the sweet pepper and cut it into small squares.
En una sartén y utilizando la otras 2 cucharadas de mantequilla salteé las ruedas de cebolla, seguido del ajà dulce y el ajo.
Eché una cucharada de margarina en otra sartén y sofreà las zanahorias durante unos cinco minutos. Hice lo mismo con las papas otros cinco minutos más.
In a frying pan, using the other 2 tablespoons of butter, I sautéed the onion rounds, followed by the sweet pepper and garlic.
I poured a tablespoon of margarine into another pan and sautéed the carrots for about five minutes. I did the same with the potatoes for another five minutes.
I chopped the coriander sprig. I added the carrots and potatoes and then the seasoning. I let it all cook until the vegetables were completely softened. Then I added the chopped coriander and salt, turned off the heat and let it rest so I could blend it.
Piqué la ramita de cilantro. Añadà las zanahorias y las papas y luego los aliños. Lo dejé cocinar todo hasta que las verduras se ablandaron totalmente. Entonces añadà el cilantro picado y la sal, apagué el fuego y dejé reposar para poder licuarla.
Mezclo por partes. Primero, añado las verduras y los aliños a la licuadora y voy agregando el caldo poco a poco, licúo y voy mirando si hace falta más lÃquido, me gustan que las cremas queden espesas. La fui vertiendo en una olla , para luego probar el punto de sal.
I blend in batches. First, I add the vegetables and seasonings to the blender and add the stock little by little, blend and check if more liquid is needed, I like my creams to be thick.I poured it into a pot and then tested the salt content.
Y asà conseguà esta cremita de zanahoria con un bonito color y un delicioso sabor a hogar 🥕😋.
And so I got this carrot creme brulee with a nice colour and a delicious homey taste 🥕😋.
