Here I am MH Shoumik coming with my very first blog on Foodies Bee Hive Community. Today I am reviewing an amazing food item I tasted recently from a famous restaurant in Dhaka. So let's begin.
Me and my bestfriend Went to Al-Amar Lebanese Cuisine Bangladesh for the first time and tried their two set menus and I will have to say I loved the lebanese cuisine. Really loved the ambiance of the place, it felt more like a family restaurant.
Set menu 1 :
Vermicelli rice, Chicken Tikka, Fried Dory Fish,Chicken Stroganoff,Grill Chicken wings,Spicy garlic Sauce.

Spicy Quarter Grill Chicken, Chicken Kafta, Chicken Stroganoff,Mandi Rice,Spicy Garlic Sauce.

• Let's review both the platters together, shall we?
◽If we compare the two,Vermicelli and Mandi rice,I liked the flavour of Mandi rice more.You can easily tell both the rice are cooked with very different spices that you are not really used to eat (maybe some middle eastern spices who knows!)
◽The grill chicken was the hero of them all,undoubtedly. It was too good,very tender,had a kebabish flavour and it was the most spicy as well.
■ There was something totally new which was Chicken Stroganoff, it was more like a creamy type of gravy with bites of chicken,unusual kind of flavour but really loved it with the rice.
■ The chicken kafta,chicken tikka,grill chicken wings tasted likewise.They are not too spicy but enough flavourful to burst into your mouth.
■ The one thing that surprised me was the fried dory,did not expect it to be so good in a lebanese restaurant.
After all those menus were so good. We are satisfied to taste them. Even I thought the price is so reasonable with the items. You can try it.
