Hello food lovers ,what's up guys?I hope you are all doing great today.
Here I am again sharing some quick easy recipe which I know how to cook and prepare.
For our breakfast ,I cooked adobong atay ng manok or chicken liver.
Ingredients
-chicken liver
-onion
-garlic
-bellpepper
-blackpepper
-potato
-soysauce
-vinegar
-sugar and seasoning
Procedure
I first clean the chicken liver by remover some fats and blood.
I usually open the heart and remove the blood inside of it.
I a pan ,I put the chicken liver and I added one sachet of instant coffee.I got this after I saw a chef who did it inorder to remove all tge dirts of the liver.Just add one sacher of coffee and water then let it boil.
Look how lot the dirts are .
Then remove it from fire and wash with clean water.Promise ,you can't smell the coffee.The coffee helps to removes the dirts and unwanted smell of the liver.
While I was waiting for it boil ,I am preparing the species for it.
In a hot pan ,add a little amount of oil and saute the garlic and onion until you can smell the aroma of it.
Then add the chicken liver and add a black pepper then stir for a while in a medium fire.
When the liver turned brown ,add the soysauce ,vinegar,seasoning,potato and add half cup of water.Anyway ,I am not measuring some of the ingredients as I am only estimated it .And cover it and waited for it ciok for about 4-5minutes .
Then garnish it with bellpepper and taste.I added a little sugar to balance the taste.
And here's my chicken liver adobo recipe.Breakfast is ready ,lets eat....
Ofcourse ,my breakfast isn't complete without a cup of coffee haha.I really love coffee.
