[RECIPE] Sauteed Chayote is Simple but Tempting
Ingredient :
3 chayote
tomato
2 red chilies
Spice :
1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic and onion
1½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon mushroom broth
1 teaspoon white pepper
How to make :
1.First we cut the chayote into 2 parts
2.Tips and tricks so that our hands are not exposed to the chayote sap, namely by rubbing the two chayote squash so that all the chayote sap comes out and makes it not sticky
3.Wash the chayote, then peel the chayote skin
4.Cut the chayote into matchsticks, set aside
5.Slice the red cayenne pepper into small pieces, set aside
6.Prepare a frying pan for chayote, add oil, fry the finely chopped onion until fragrant
7.Enter the red chili and sauteed tomatoes with fine spices
8.Then add boiled water and mix well so that it is mixed with the spices
9.Season with salt, mushroom broth, white pepper, mix well
10.Enter the pieces of chayote stir-fry until cooked
11.Once cooked, serve on a plate
