Bienvenidos a mi blog querida comunidad de Hive, es un enorme placer presentar con ustedes lo que fue mi receta de pernil relleno a la naranja con cerveza de nuestra mesa de fin de año, es una receta que cada quien luce a su estilo y le agrega lo que mas le guste, en lo personal nos gusta con un toque de naranja y cerveza ya que le da un final especial a la comida. Sabemos que el cerdo es algo muy común en nuestras mesas en Venezuela en esta época, muchas familias lo preparan como tradición de nuestros antepasados, al igual que las hallacas y la ensalada de gallina, espero les guste.
Welcome to my blog dear community of Hive, it is a great pleasure to present to you what was my recipe for stuffed pork leg with orange and beer of our New Year's Eve table, it is a recipe that everyone looks to his style and adds what he likes, personally we like it with a touch of orange and beer as it gives a special end to the meal. We know that pork is something very common on our tables in Venezuela at this time, many families prepare it as a tradition of our ancestors, as well as hallacas and chicken salad, I hope you like it.
Pernil de cerdo, naranja y cerveza
En toda navidad es bien visto consumir el cerdo en diferentes presentaciones pero la mas popular y quien mas les gusta es al horno con varios ingredientes que le dan el toque principal y de buen sabor para degustar, esta carne es super suave y deliciosa, además me gusta que quede bastante suave su textura al consumir, por eso es importante encontrar aquellos que este recientes para que quede delicioso, en un pernil se come de todo es por eso que todo lo usamos.

Ingredientes
- Cerdo
- Aceitunas
- Pasas
- Jugo de naranja concentrado
- Cerveza negra
- Pimentón
- Cebollas y cebollín
- Salsa de soya e inglesa
- Cubito
- Ajo
- Orégano
Paso 1
Para dar inicio a esta maravillosa receta colocamos nuestro cerdo al agua y lavamos con limón y vinagre, después procedemos a colocar en una tabla y hacer agujeros en toda la parte de la pulpa para que los sabores penetren, después de eso se coloca en una bandeja y empezamos a colocarle dentro de los agujeros las pasas y aceitunas.
To start this wonderful recipe we place our pork in water and wash it with lemon and vinegar, then we proceed to place it on a board and make holes in all the part of the pulp so that the flavors penetrate, after that it is placed on a tray and we begin to place the raisins and olives inside the holes.
Paso 2
Para la segunda parte de la receta vamos a la licuadora y colocamos la cebolla, el pimentón, cebollín, las salsa tanto de soya como inglesa y también agregamos un poco de ajo molido y en trozos ya que esto le dará un sabor increíble. Esta mezcla una vez lista la vamos agregar a nuestro pernil y lo bañamos en ese jugo, igualmente con una jeringa le inyectamos la mezcla dentro como sea posible, lo importante es que esta bañado en salsa.
For the second part of the recipe we go to the blender and place the onion, paprika, chives, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce and also add a little crushed and chopped garlic as this will give it an incredible flavor. Once this mixture is ready we add it to our pork leg and bathe it in this juice, also with a syringe we inject the mixture inside as possible, the important thing is that it is bathed in sauce.
Paso 3
Después de agregar la salsa, le colocamos la cerveza y adornamos con pimientos en rodajas y cebolla, al igual que pasas, aceitunas y unas alcaparras que tenia en casa. Después de hacer eso lo llevamos al horno por alrededor de 4 horas para que se cocine bien y todo su sabor quede impregnado, también la salsa haga su trabajo.
After adding the sauce, we add the beer and garnish with sliced peppers and onion, as well as raisins, olives and some capers I had at home. After that, we take it to the oven for about 4 hours so that it cooks well and all its flavor is impregnated, also the sauce does its job.
Paso 4
Después que este unas dos horas en horno, lo sacamos y agregamos el jugo de naranja y volteamos para que se dore por el otro lado. Esta forma de hacer pernil es muy famoso y tradicional en mi familia de generación tras generación, es la manera mas sabrosa que nos queda a nosotros. Finalmente lo colocamos en los platos y adornamos con los demás ingredientes, es la forma mas bonita de acompañar nuestras comidas.
After it has been in the oven for about two hours, we take it out and add the orange juice and turn it over so that it browns on the other side. This way of making pernil is very famous and traditional in my family from generation to generation, it is the tastiest way that we have. Finally we put it on the plates and garnish with the other ingredients, it is the most beautiful way to accompany our meals.
