When I think about Pizzeria in Chiang Mai, Thailand. The number one place that comes to my mind is " Mr. Chan & Miss Pauline Pizzeria Restaurant". This place has such a good reputation and I'll show you why I have absolutely nothing against that.
I've been going there around once a month for years now. They served really good Western food, mostly Swedish and Italian.
Let's begin with starters.
1 . Soup of the Day: Mushroom Soup
I've always loved the soup here. It's tasty and creamy. They used to have more options but now they do soup of the day. I'm a big fan of creamy mushroom soup, so.. bring it on!
2 . Chicken Liver Pรขtรฉ: Sometimes this dish can taste a little too strong, but that day, it was perfect.
The best part is you'll get to eat this with their bread, which is so far the best bread in Chiang Mai, I've ever tested.
3 . Baked Spinach: My dad is truly in love with this one. Last time he forced me to order it home and he ended up eating it himself. It's good because the spinach and the cheese had been seasoned and cooked nicely, so it's not too bland like other places.
4 . Bacon Rolls with Shrimp: This dish was also our go-to order. One thing I wish they served with this is the sauce, though.
Now comes the main dish!
5 . Calzone Special Pizza: an "inbaked" pizza stuffed with tomato sauce, cheese, ham, mushroom, and shrimp. Very delicious!
6 . Wichuda's: steamed fillet of fish with seafood in white wine sauce. This one is so good too. Everything goes so well together and it's the cream sauce that puts every element in place.
You know I always save the best for last..
7 . Ribeye Steak 300g: The reliable best steak I've ever got. After all these years, I can still count on them to serve me a good steak, unlike other places that don't have consistency and change the taste every time I go.
I ordered the extra cream mushroom sauce. Like I told you, I'm 'that' creamy girl.
I've always liked my steak rare - medium rare, never well-done. I find it easier to chew when it's not too cooked. And this sauce is not just normal gravy. It's a pepper gravy, which is tastier and overall goes better with the steak.
That was all the food, yet I wanna show you guys more pictures of like drinks and the atmosphere on the table. Maybe in the next one, I could write about how the place looks. Now the restaurant is on a renovation and I'll keep you guys updated then.
Well, Thank you all for stopping by, and as always I hope you stay hungry and...
