I like to use them in various forms and I usually prepare cakes, because the choice is really great to prepare various desserts with this fruit. On this occasion, I prepared fried apples that are easy to prepare and very tasty.

INGREDIENTS:

2-3 apples
2 eggs
1 small cup of milk
1 tablespoon sugar
A little salt
8 - 9 tablespoons flour (if needed)
Frying oil
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
A spoonful of cinnamon
PREPARATION:
Beat the eggs with a mixer, then add the milk.

Then add sugar and salt and mix with a mixer.


Then gradually add the flour and mix with a mixer so that no lumps of flour remain, and the dough should be a little thicker than for pancakes.



Peel an apple, cut it into rings and make a small ring in the middle.

The oil should be hot before baking, I fried the apples in a deep fryer. Dip the apple rings in the mixture you have prepared and dip them in hot oil until they get a nice golden color on both sides. So we take them out on a paper napkin to drain the excess oil.



Then we mix a little ground sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle them on top.
