Dear lovers of creamy desserts, here is a small suggestion for a creamy dessert. I love a cake with a creamy composition, and when I take the opportunity to make something simple and tasty, I take this opportunity to present you my dessert made of ground plasma biscuits, which is very popular in our area.
Plasma, one of the favorite regional brands, has been a part of the family tradition for almost five decades, thanks to its good quality, top ingredients, unique taste, mild aroma and recognizable shape that make it irreplaceable and loved through generations.
Plasma biscuit is very nutritious due to the vitamins and minerals it contains and is recommended for children.
I am no longer a child, but its quality and tradition last, so I still use it in various desserts or for a snack.
INGREDIENTS:
- 150 ml of sweet sour cream
- 2 tablespoons ground sugar
- 150 g sour cream
- ground plasma biscuit (add to desired density)
- for decoration a topping of fine forest fruits
PREPARATION:
In a slightly deeper bowl, add sweet sour cream and powdered sugar and whisk well to get a firm foam.
When we get a firm foam, we also add sour cream and stir everything together to combine the cream, sour cream is a good ingredient because the cream will give a nice taste and will not be too sweet.
When we have mixed the ingredients, we add the biscuits as much as we want the cream to be thick.
When the cream is ready, add the cream in the glasses you want and decorate with a fine topping of forest fruits, the topping will give it freshness, leave it to cool a bit and serve.
