Although I have been measuring this recipe for a long time, I didn't know if it would work because of its creamy composition, but I am a big fan of chocolate and coconut, so I decided to prepare it.
This creamy and delicious dessert will delight you with its easy preparation for no baking, simple ingredients and its taste, chocolate and coconut are an ideal combination, everyone who loves them will be delighted with the taste and their appearance is interesting.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 liter of milk
- 100 gr of coconut
- 60 gr density
- 60 gr of sharp flour
- 120 gr of sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 100 gr čokolade za kuvanje
- 100 gr margarine
- 200 ml sweet sour cream
Before preparing the rolls, I would like to mention that you strictly adhere to the measures of flour and density, if you put a little more rolls, they will harden during cooling and you will have trouble rolling them nicely because they will crack when rolling.
PREPARATION:
In one large baking sheet, spread the coconut evenly.
Separate a little milk about 200 ml, then add the dry ingredients in one bowl. flour, thickener and cocoa, then mix, then add milk to it, stirring constantly so that no lumps remain, to get a thin mass.
Add sugar to the remaining milk, put it on a low heat to boil, when it boils, add the prepared mass of cocoa, thick and flour, and with constant stirring, add the milk and cook it like a pudding to thicken.
When the cream thickens, add room temperature margarine to the hot cream to make it easier to melt the chocolate, and with constant stirring until it melts, combine and get a fine cream.
Then spread the cream over the coconut, leave to cool to catch a thin layer of crust while preparing another cream.
While the cream cools down a bit, beat out the sweet cream, then apply it to the previous cream.
When the cream is distributed, the most creative part of the job is when the rolls have to be twisted. In order to get relatively equal two-color rolls, first cut the resulting mass in half, then each roll to the desired thickness.
When we have divided them into the desired pieces, gently roll the rolls, which are really very creative in appearance.
When it cools down a bit, you can serve them, the ideal combination of chocolate and coconut gives it a superb taste, I often prepare them because of their crispy and rich taste, and they are very creative and decorative, try to make delicious creamy rolls, especially those who love two good ingredients such as chocolate and coconut.
