For me, these two ingredients are an ideal combination in a fine sauce, I like to prepare it and everyone loves it.
INGREDIENTS:
- One larger chicken fillet
- one onion
- 200 g of champignons
- 1 dl oil
- 200 ml of cooking sour cream
- three to four tablespoons of instant sauce
- 500 ml of water
PREPARATION:
Cut the onion into small cubes.
Add the oil to a deeper bowl and let it heat up when the oil is hot, add the onion and simmer on medium heat.
While the onion is simmering, cut the meat into cubes and mushrooms into leaves.
When the onion has simmered a little, add the meat and simmer a little more.
Then, when the meat is a little cooked, we add the mushrooms, which we will simmer together with the other ingredients. Mushrooms contain water during simmering will drop, simmer until the water evaporates and everything gets a golden color. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce.
Stir the instant sauce powder with 500 ml of cold water, so that no lumps remain, and then add it over the meat and mushrooms.
The water evaporated in the meat and mushrooms, everything got a golden color, we pour the sauce over it and leave it to simmer for five to ten minutes so that the sauce gets thick.
When the sauce has become a little thicker and all the components are nicely combined, for an ideal and creamy taste, we finally add cooking cream.
such fine pieces of meat with mushrooms in a creamy sauce can be served with macaroni or mashed potatoes, I served with macaroni on this occasion.
It is easy and quick to prepare, but it is valid for a healthy lunch.
