Dear cake lovers, summer is ahead of us and the temperatures are really high, and you can't stand it without the climate! Although it is very hot, sometimes I want to eat something sweet, so I decided to prepare a cake that does not bake or even cook. And this way, it is very warm who will stand next to the stove at these temperatures, which reach up to 40 degrees.
That is why this cake is a real refreshment for hot summer days, simple and quick to make.
INGREDIENTS:
- Petit beure biscuits as needed (depending on how much cake size you want)
- 250 ml of sweet sour cream
- 400 g sour cream
- 300 g ground plasma biscuits (any other biscuit)
- 3 to 4 tablespoons ground sugar
- milk as needed (for soaking biscuits)
PREPARATION:
In a large bowl, whisk the sweet sour cream to get a firm foam.
When you get a firm foam add sour cream and. sugar so stir to combine everything.
When everything is well combined, add the ground biscuits and stir with a mixer to combine with the rest of the mass.
When everything is nicely combined, the cream is ready, so soak the biscuits in milk and arrange them on a tray. I put three rows, if you want a bigger cake the cream will be smaller but it's a matter of taste I like creamy cakes with a lot of cream.
When you have lined up the base of the biscuits, put the cream over it and arrange the other part of the biscuits to cover the cream.
Put the finished cake to cool in the fridge, light, tasty, quickly made and eaten even faster.
