My family and I love to eat puree soup with croutons 🍲. Today my daughter asked me to make this soup, and she and I cooked in the kitchen and decided to take some pictures of the process.
Necessary ingredients:
🍴 Chicken fillet.
🍴 Potato.
🍴 Cauliflower, broccoli, peas or any other vegetable of your choice (I used frozen cauliflower and frozen peas, but I advise you to add broccoli, I just did not find it this time).
🍴 Salt to taste.
🍴 Dairy cream.
🍴 Greens.
🍴 Bread that we make into crackers.
When I first started making such soups, I realized that it turns out the most delicious with milk cream. Don't forget to add them to your soup ❗️
1️⃣ So, first of all, we put the pan on the fire, pour water in it and start cooking meat in salted water.
2️⃣ I cook the chicken for 30-40 minutes, then add all the vegetables.
3️⃣ Cut toast bread into cubes and make crackers: throw bread in a preheated pan and dry it over low heat. Watch yourself, when the bread turns into crackers, then turn it off.
4️⃣ After 20 minutes, when your vegetables are cooked, add the cream.
5️⃣ Well, everything is cooked, now we need a blender. Pour all our soup into a blender and beat to a puree. I do not fit all the soup in 1 blender, I beat in portions.
6️⃣ Cut some greens and pour individually to taste on a plate.
