Cinnabon is a bread with a cinnamon ingredient combined with chocolate powder.

It has been a long time that I don't bake bread anymore. Yesterday, I missed my homemade bread most especially this cinnamon. So, I baked it though I was already too sleepy.
I checked if we had all the ingredients and so lucky, we had it all.
For the Dough
4 cups of flour
1 tablespoon yeast
I cup of fresh milk
Salt
2 tablespoon sugar
I teacup of oil
2 tablespoon of milk powder
Mixing all the ingredients for the dough.
Leave it at room temperature for 1 hour.
Dipping, Filling, and Topping
Ingredients:

Nesquik Chocolate Powder
Hershey Original Chocolate Syrup

Condensed milk
Kiri cheese

Nestle cream
Dream Whip
Forming the dough
We need chocolate and cinnamon powder in separated plate or bowl.

Flatten the dough, spread cinnamon, and chocolate powder. Add the chocolate bar in line and cut it into small parts.

Dip it to the chocolate and cinnamon powder then put it in the pan.
Another style

Put these two ingredients in two bowls and dip the balls filled with chocolate bars.

Filling the dough with galaxy chocolate bar.
Procedures for the topping
Blend it together, condensed milk, Kiri, dream whip, and cream.

Set aside, pour this mixture to the hot bread fresh from the oven.

We have to add the Hershey's Original Chocolate syrup.


It is the rounded like balls cinnamon without the topping yet.

As I said before, cooking and baking our food at home is much better than buying outside. Don't be lazy and take advantage of staying at home. We need to be creative and learn the lesson we have now.
