Camarón y Pulpo En Salsa Roja Con Champiñones. Nuestra región oriental es característica por presentar un extenso mar y en él, podemos encontrar una gran cantidad de especies marinas que forman parte de nuestra tradición culinaria. Por ejemplo, aquí en Cumaná estado Sucre Venezuela; tenemos una inmensa variedad de pescados, moluscos y mariscos, con los que podemos preparar platillos deliciosos y que representan mucha historia para nosotros; la diversidad gastronómica es única y por ello se la llevamos a todos ustedes.

Es el caso de los famosos coctelitos, éstos tienen dentro de sus ingredientes los famosos camarones y pulpos; pero, aunque nuestro delicia de hoy contiene las mencionadas especies, la preparación se basa en una salsa con champiñones, siendo los protagonistas principales el camarón y el pulpo. Además, te ofrezco un paso a paso muy fácil que puedes realizar al momento de tener los ingredientes; de igual manera, sino tienes camarón o pulpo, puedes usar cualquier otro tipo de carnes para preparar este plato. Ahora, no se diga más y vamos a la acción, porque la receta está para chuparse los dedos; ¡Ah!, al final tenemos un ingrediente sorpresa y sabrás cual es porque lo podrás disfrutar al culminar, no te lo pierdas.

Que Necesito

Vamos ahora con los ingredientes necesarios para llevar a feliz término nuestro platillo del día. Activos:

1 kg de camarones.
2 kg de pulpo previamente sancochado y picado.
200 gr de champiñones.
200 gr de cilantro.
200 gr de cebollín.
150 gr de ají dulce.
2 Sobres de salsa para pastas.
1 frasco de pasta de tomate.
Sal, pimienta, aceite al gusto.
500 ml de caldo proveniente del pulpo sancochado.

Paso 1

Con los ingredientes previamente lavados y el pulpo sancochado y picado; iniciamos cortando los champiñones, el cilantro, el cebollín y los ají dulces.

Paso 2

Una vez picados los primeros ingredientes, colocamos nuestra olla al fuego y allí vamos agregando los champiñones, cilantro, cebollín, ají dulce y el pulpo; ya que el pulpo aun estando sancochado, debe ablandarse un poco más. Añadimos un toque de sal, de pimienta y un poco de aceite para sofreir; ya listo, solo queda revolver y tapar para que todos los ingredientes se compacten.

Luego de unos 10 minutos, añadimos los camarones para seguídamente agregar el caldo proveniente de sancochar el pulpo. Esperamos que hierva un poco para finalizar colocando los sobres de salsa para pastas y la pasta de tomate. Aquí revolvemos un poco para compactar y dejamos unos minutos al fuego para que la preparación quede homogénea. Esto está de locura, se ve delicioso, me encanta la salsa roja.

Sabroso Resultado

Vamos a emplatar y como dije antes, vamos a agregar un ingrediente sorpresa el cual no mencioné. Se trata de nuestro delicioso aguacate; así que vamos a tomar rodajas de aguacate y lad colocamos alrededor del plato, haciendo la visual de un anillo para adornar nuestra preparación.
