That is why today I want to share with you a recipe that I have been refining for the last 4 months. I must have made about 15 Brownies in all this time, since I first saw @Rosangeladiazher recipe. I must admit that the first time I did it was a complete disaster. But after much trying, I can bring you a result that you will be proud of. With you, the ALL POWERFUL BROWNIE WITH CHOCO-COOKIES CHUNKS!!
FIRST STEP -INGREDIENTS
For this brownie, the ingredients for the mixture are fundamental, although it is not necessary to follow the recipe exactly as requested, it is important to use the best quality ingredients that we have available, since this will guarantee us a perfect balance in the flavors and a consistency in them.
INGREDIENTS: |
---|
▪️ 125 gr Butter |
▪️ 195 gr Sugar |
▪️ 150 gr Dark chocolate for desserts |
▪️ 1 Tablespoon vanilla |
▪️ 3 Packs of Dukream cookies |
▪️ 3 Eggs |
▪️ 80 gr flour |
▪️ 25 gr Cocoa powder |
▪️ Pinch of salt |
SECOND STEP -PREPARE THE MIXTURE
1.We must melt the butter together with the chocolate in a bain-marie, until both are completely integrated. It is essential to beat, as far as I know, melting the elements so that we have a homogeneous mixture.
2.Then we must add the sugar, the eggs, the vanilla in the mixture. You must follow it in a bain-marie. This detail is relevant, since this allows us to melt and more easily incorporate all the ingredients into our mixture.
3.To finish, we are going to add a pinch of salt, the flour, the cookie pieces and the cocoa powder, until everything is integrated…
AND THE CHOCO-COOKIES CHUNKS!!
THIRD STEP -BAKING AND PRESENTATION
Foremost, it is indispensable to grease the entire surface of the mold that will be in contact with the mixture with butter, since otherwise the mixture may adhere to the mold and make it difficult to unmold. I add a good amount of butter and a thin layer of wheat flour. You can also use wax paper or parchment paper, as it does the same thing.
I decided to decorate using a small chunks of choco-coockies, icing sugar, chocolate sparks and 6 Dukream cookies. Bake in the oven at 180 °C for 35 minutes, with heat up and down. Let cool to unmold and that's it!
I’m not a pro at baking, and my brownies came out not so perfect this time, but it was still mouth-watering for me. Thank you for reading my first blog in Foodies Bee Hive Community. You'll see me soon with some more foodie content.
