Today I will offer you a very popular and easy to make pie,which is liked by everyone in my country Bulgaria.
I usually prepare it on Sundays for an afternoon snack.
It smells wonderful and fills the house with an irresistible aroma. Combine it with tea or coffee for the big ones and with a suitable juice for the little ones and it is welcome.
There are countless recipes for making this delicious dessert.
This Sunday I showed my culinary talent. the ingredients I used made the pie very flavorful and juicy.

Hoy os voy a ofrecer una tarta muy popular y fácil de hacer, que gusta a todo el mundo en mi país, Bulgaria.
Yo suelo prepararla los domingos para la merienda.
Huele de maravilla y llena la casa de un aroma irresistible. Combínela con té o café para los grandes y con un zumo adecuado para los pequeños y será bienvenida.
Hay innumerables recetas para hacer este delicioso postre.
Este domingo demostré mi talento culinario. Los ingredientes que utilicé hicieron que la tarta fuera muy sabrosa y jugosa.

Aquí están los ingredientes necesarios:
- 200 g / yoghurt
- 400 g. / white flour
- 250 g / sugar
- 4 eggs
- 150 g / fig jam
- 50 g / raisins
- 30 g / cocoa
- 1 pc natural chocolate
- 2 tbsp. / oil
- 2 pcs. / vanilla
- 1 tsp. / baking soda
- 200 g. / de yogur
- 400 g. / harina blanca
- 250 g. / azúcar
- 4 huevos
- 150 g. / mermelada de higos
- 50 g. / pasas
- 30 g / cacao
- 1 pieza de chocolate natural
- 2 cucharadas / de aceite
- 2 uds. / vainilla
- 1 cucharadita / bicarbonato de sodio
- Prepare a mixture of eggs,milk with baking soda, flour and the two vanillas in it.Work with a mixer.
- Divide the resulting mixture into three parts.
- Add fig jam to the first part.
- Add the cocoa in the second part.
- Add the raisins in the third part.
- Grease a baking tray with oil and alternate the mixtures until they are used up.
- Bake until ready.
- Melt one natural chocolate in the microwave and make a chocolate glaze on the baked pie.
- Preparar una mezcla de huevos,leche con bicarbonato, harina y las dos vainillas en ella.Trabajar con una batidora.
- Dividir la mezcla resultante en tres partes.
- Añadir la mermelada de higos en la primera parte.
- Añadir el cacao en la segunda parte.
- Añadir las pasas en la tercera parte.
- Engrasar una bandeja de horno con aceite y alternar las mezclas hasta agotarlas.
- Hornear hasta que esté listo.
- Derretir un chocolate natural en el microondas y hacer un glaseado de chocolate sobre la tarta horneada.
