Chicken: 1/2 kg
Peas: 1/2 kg
Tomato paste: 1/2 cup
Garlic Powder: 1 tsp
Ginger powder: 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder: 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder: 1 tsp
Chili powder: 1tsp
Peprika powder: 1 tsp
Black pepper powder: 1/4 tsp
Turmeric: 1/4 tsp
Yogurt: 1/2 cup
Green chili paste: 1 tsp
Fried onion: 1 /2 cup
Salt: 1 tsp
Garam Masala: 1/2 tsp
Dried fenugreek: 1/2 tsp
Green chili: 5
Oil: 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves as required
•Method
Heat oil and add tomato paste, garlic powder and ginger powder, cook for 3 minutes, then add coriander powder, cumin powder, chili powder, peprika powder, turmeric and black pepper powder, stir for 3 minutes. Add a little water, fry and add yogurt, fry for 2 minutes, add green chili paste, cook for 3 minutes, add chicken, cook for 5 minutes, add fried onion, cover and cook for 5 minutes on low flame. Now add peas, mix well, add salt, cook for 5 minutes on high flame, add garam masala, dried fenugreek and green chili, mix well, add 1cup water, cover and cook for 10 minutes. When the chicken is tender turn the flame off. Garnish with coriander leaves. Your Murgh Matar Masala will be ready!!!😋🍲
