ā¢Ingredients
Full Cream Milk: 3 litres
Carrot grated: 1 kg
Sugar: 3/4 cup
Rice: 1/4 cup
Crushed green cardamom: 1/2 tsp
Almond slices: 2-3 tbsp
Pistachio slices: 2-3 tbsp
Kewra water: 1 tsp
Cream: 1/2 cup
ā¢Method
Soak rice for an hour before setting it aside. Take a pan and add milk, bring it to a boil. Add grated carrots and soaked crushed rice, mix well. Cover and cook on low flame for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, add sugar, almond, pistachio and crushed cardamom. Cook on medium flame until the milk is reduced and thickened. Now add kewra water and cream, mix it well. Cook for 5 minutes. Turn the flame off and dish it out. Garnish with pistachio and almond. Your Gajrela will be ready. š
