Here is an easy dish that I remember eating and enjoying since I was a young kid 🙂
Aqui está um prato fácil de preparar que me recordo de comer e gostar desde tenra idade 🙂
Ingredients (4 portions)/ Ingredientes (4 doses):
400g of white beans (I used pre boiled ones) | 400g de feijão branco (usei pré-cozido) |
1 small cabbage | 1 couve pequena |
3 garlic cloves | 3 dentes de alho |
2 potatoes | 2 batatas |
1 carrot (2 would have been better) | 1 cenoura (2 teria sido melhor) |
coriander | coentros |
olive oil | azeite |
salt | sal |
1 - Peel, wash and slice the potatoes, carrot and garlic. Put them in a pan with the olive oil. Low🔥 for 5 minutes and stir occasionally.
1 - Descascar, lavar e cortar as batatas, cenoura e alhos. Pôr ao lume (brando) com o azeite durante 5 minutos, mexendo de vez em quando.
2 - Juntar a couve, lavada e cortada.
2 - Add the washed and shredded cabbage.
3 - After 2 or 3 minutes, add just a bit of water, salt and coriander. Let cook for 5 minutes.
3 - Depois de 2 ou 3 minutos, adicionar só um pouco de água, sal e os coentros. Deixar cozinhar 5 minutos.
4 - Add the boiled beans. Wait 10 minutes more.
4 - Juntar o feijão cozido. Esperar 10 minutos.
5 - And it's ready!
