Necesitarás
- 2 tazas de harina todo uso(la que se usa para hacer pan)
- 3/4 de taza de aceite vegetal
- 1 cdita de sal
- Agua necesaria para crear una masa suave
- 250 gr de queso cortado en bastones
- Abundante aceite para freír

Primero colocamos todo lo que necesitamos en un mesón.
First we put everything we need in a counter.
En un bowl colocamos la harina el aceite y la sal, amasamos hasta formar una especie de arena gruesa, luego vas agregando el agua poco a poco y vamos amasando bastante hasta que todo quede compactado.

Cortamos el queso en bastones y procedemos luego a estirar nuestra masa. Tendemos hasta que la masa este fina. Corta líneas con un cuchillo y enrolla el queso en la masa y pasa por la mesa para que queden listos por fuera.

Pon a calentar un sartén a fuego medio alto. Cuando esté caliente empieza a freír los tequeños y luego cuando los saques de la cocina ponlos en papel absorbente. Consumir preferiblemente caliente, acompañado de una rica salsa.
