These very popular nuggets among children are usually made from chicken or beef, but this time I'm going to try making them from steamed rice noodles with various spices, creating a delicious flavor when you chew them.These nuggets were also a request from my son at home. He said he really wanted them, and as a mom who is always making snacks for his children, I immediately rushed to shop for the ingredients to make them.
These crispy nuggets can be fried directly, but you can also store them in the freezer. You can fry them anytime you want. Personally, I often make nuggets, but not rice noodles. Materials used
1 egg
1 stick of sausage
5 tablespoons of flour
100 grams of breadcrumbs
1/2 tablespoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon of mushroom stock
1 stalk of spring onion
1 stalk of celery
Manufacturing procedure
First I cut the sausage into small squares, then I also cut the spring onions and celery into small pieces, I also soaked the vermicelli in water until the vermicelli became soft.

After the vermicelli was soft, I drained it, then I added eggs, celery leaves and sausages. I also added a flour solution. Finally, I put it in a mold to steam.

Steam the dough until cooked for about 20 minutes. Once cooked, remove from heat and cut into desired pieces. Dip into the flour mixture and then onto the edge of the bread.

When you bite into it, the crunchiness really feels like real nuggets, it's really delicious and my child really likes it. Instead of having to buy nuggets outside, the quality of which is uncertain, I'd rather make them myself at home with whatever ingredients I have at home.
