This is the leftover from yesterday when my mother made fish curry, and I happened to be home alone, so I decided to grill this fish myself, the ingredients I used were also ingredients that were available at home, such as candlenuts, shallots, garlic, coriander, chilies and sauce and sweet soy sauce, oh yes, I didn't forget to add a little margarine, who here likes grilled fish, come on over, come join me today to make my own grilled seasoning mix
Grilled fish will not be complete without soy sauce seasoning. For the soy sauce seasoning, I only use sweet soy sauce and red chilies, I don't use many other seasonings.
