Breifing on nutritional status of soy milk
soy milk is a very good source of potassium and vitamins as well as proteins. As much protein cow milk contains, soy milk has a comparable amount of protein too. It also contains very small saturated fat .Naturally Soy has high content of essential fatty acids, fiber, protein, minerals and vitamins. It provides energy and maintains function of body at its highest level.

Ingredients
- 125g of soya beans to prepare 1 liter of soy milk
- Water
- Salt
- Brown sugar/ honey
Take in your natural soy milk rich with honey
Here are some easy steps to preparing your natural soy milk.
Step 1
Wash your soybeans clean and soak in water for about 10 - 12 hours.
step 2
Remove the hulls of the beans by massaging it and flushing the loose hulls with water. When the hulls are removed it makes the process easier.
step 3
Using a blender or grinder ever which available to blend the soya beans using a liter of water. Filter with a sieve mesh and then with a cheese cloth for best results as well as recover your soy milk. The filtrate can be used for animal feeds.
step 4
Heat the soy milk till boiling point and allow it continuously for 10 - 15 minutes. While on fire put in some small amount of salt to enrich the taste. Take it off fire then allow it to cool, your soy milk is done prepared.
You should refrigerate until chilled not under deep freezing . You can now serve your nutritious soy milk which ever way suitable with honey or brown sugar.
Use in you coffee or tea , or with some cereal. You can even make your own fruit smoothie.
