Good morning to all my dear Hive friends!
There’s something incredibly comforting about turning overripe bananas into a warm, homemade sweet treat. With natural sweetness and a soft, velvety texture, this creation becomes not only delicious and nutritious but also a perfect way to reduce food waste.
Whether served during tea time, packed in a lunch box, or enjoyed as a quick snack, this banana-based delight adds a soothing touch to any moment of the day.
Ingredients...
🌺 3 well-ripened bananas.
🌺 2/3 Cup of sugar.
🌺 Some peanuts.
🌺 2 Teaspoon of Margarine.
The order of preparation.
First, cut the bananas into small pieces.
Next, add the banana pieces to a blender and blend well.
Next, take a pan and place it on the stove. Add a little sugar and stir until it caramelizes. Once it becomes caramelized, add a little hot water and the remaining sugar, then allow it to caramelize again.
Next, add the creamed banana mixture to it, and along with that, add a few local cashew nuts as well.
Next, continue stirring the mixture continuously for about 7–8 minutes until it thickens well. Once it becomes thick, remove it from the stove.
Finally, pour the mixture onto a tray and allow it to cool down slightly before removing it from the stove.
This sweet delicacy made from ripe bananas not only naturally satisfies your sweet cravings but also provides essential nutrients and energy. It is perfect for tea time or as a healthy dessert, bringing warmth and comfort to your day. Enjoy every bite knowing it's both delicious and nutritious.
