Ingredientes:
300 gr de Chocolate Semi amargo
180 gr de Mantequilla
400 gr de azúcar
5 Huevos
250 gr de Harina de Trigo
1 cda de Vainilla
1 Pizca de sal
200 gr de Nueces
Ingredients: 300 gr of semi bitter chocolate 180 gr of Butter 400 grams of sugar 5 Eggs 250 gr of Wheat Flour 1 tbsp vanilla 1 pinch of salt 200 g of walnuts
Preparación:
Picar las nueces y reservar.
Fundir el chocolate con la mantequilla en un bowl , en baño de María y luego dejar entibiar.
Batir ligeramente los huevos con el azúcar ,sal y vainilla. Evitar incorporarme aire a la mezcla.
Integrar el chocolate reservado a la mezcla , luego agregar la harina de trigo y nueces.
Enmantequillar y enharinar el molde dónde va a ser horneado (30 cm por 40 cm)
También puedes forrar el envase con papel aluminio y enmantequillar el envase .
Hornear en 350° F por 18 a 22 min. Todo dependerá de tu horno.
La superficie se agrietará al estar listo.
Recuerden que el Brownie debe quedar cremoso en el centro.

Luego de cortar en cuadritos ,se debe envolver para que no se sequen y poder servirlos tal como en mi foto.
