En esta ocasión les enseño a preparar una tradicional salsa cremosa con brócoli

This time I show you how to prepare a traditional creamy sauce with broccoli.
Para esta receta necesitaremos los siguientes ingredientes:
80gr de mantequilla
80gr de harina de trigo
700ml de leche (temperatura ambiente)
1/2 cebolla
1 Brócoli pequeño
For this recipe we will need the following ingredients:
80gr butter
80gr of wheat flour
700ml milk (room temperature)
1/2 onion
1 small broccoli
Comenzamos colocando el brócoli a cocinar en agua hirviendo, durante 5 minutos.
Durante este tiempo cortaremos la media cebolla en cuadros pequeños y la colocaremos a sofreír.
We begin by placing the broccoli to cook in boiling water for 5 minutes.
During this time we will cut the half onion in small squares and place it to sauté.
Durante Toda esta etapa mantendremos el fuego medio.
During all this stage we will keep the fire medium.
Ahora, cuando la cebolla esté dorada (yo cambié a una Sartén más grande), derretimos la mantequilla y agregamos la harina.
Verás que la mezcla se separa en pequeñas masas amarillas, en ese punto comenzaremos a agregar la leche poco a poco, este punto queda un poco a nuestro criterio, la cantidad de leche a colocar va a depender de que tan espesa querríamos que quede la salsa, yo la voy a utilizar para pasta, así que no la requiero tan espesa, usaré un litro.
Now, when the onion is golden brown (I switched to a larger pan), melt the butter and add the flour.
You will see that the mixture separates into small yellow masses, at that point we will begin to add the milk little by little, this point is a little at our discretion, the amount of milk to place will depend on how thick we want the sauce to be, I am going to use it for pasta, so I do not require it so thick, I will use one liter.
Agregamos el Brócoli a la salsa
Colocamos sal y pimienta al gusto.
Add the broccoli to the sauce.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Y esta receta estaría lista.

Puedes usar esta salsa para pastichos, canelones, para gratinar carnes, como salsa para pastas y muchas cosas más.
