hello everyone today is a new day and we are going yo share a wonderful recipe which i made.
this recipe is a common recipe which is preferreble even when sick or healthy.
a friend of mine so much love this recipe to the extend she can't eat anyother thing outside so i told her that too much of this might cause some thing because whenever she want to eat rice she will make stew for it instead of cooking another style so when i told her she said that her way of eating rice i said okay but at least change sometimes so it wont cause any thing to your body.
so this wonderful recipe am talking about is

Rice and stew with fresh fish that is just out of the water without icing.

ingredients

4 cups of rice
5 piece of tomatoes
1 onion
2 tied dry pepper
2 sachet of tomatoes
5 piece of ripe plantain
3 fishes alive
1 gino curry spice and 3 cube of maggi
1/2 bottle of groudnut oil
and salt to taste

procedure

i start by per boiling my rice

as i was perboiling it i slice the plantain, tomatoes and onions


then after washing the rice i allow it to done as i allow it i brought out tje fish to kill

after that then the rice is okay to eat i brought it down and steem the fish with the two pepper and one maggi and salt to taste then allow to steem

after that i set the pot to heat then i add groundnut oil to it


then allow to heat ,mix the plantain with salt and fry

after frying it

i pour the slice tomato and onions

and fry when it is okay i add the sachet to it amd stir till done then i add th gino curry

and also maggi

after that i add the steem fish to it and the water and stir

wow this is really wonderful and good looking.

when my people saw it they said this is amazing then when they taste it was really good

always go for rice and stew with any meat of your choice it really taste good at all times.
