Honey Soy Sauce Chicken
Ingredients:
250 grams of chicken meat (boneless breast or thigh cut into pieces)
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
1 tablespoon coconut palm sugar or brown sugar
Mix everything up, then fry in a skillet with 2 tablespoons cooking oil, stirring occasionally until done, about 7 minutes.
Easy-peasy!
