En esta ocasión lo preparé frito con una ensalada fresca.

Ingredients
- Tuna.
- Lettuce.
- Tomato.
- Onion.
- Avocado.

Quién puede resistirse a un pescado frito con ensalada, a los que somos amantes de los productos del mar es muy difícil resistirnos.
Además de ser una preparación muy rica, exquisita, también es muy sencilla de preparar.
Paso a mostrarle los ingredientes que usé y cómo lo preparé.
Ingredientes
• - Atún.
• - Lechuga.
• - Tomate.
• - Cebolla.
• - Aguacate.
• - Aceite para Freír.
• - Pimienta y Sal.
• - Limón.
I started by cleaning the tuna and cutting it into portions, then I seasoned it with salt and pepper and put it in the fridge until it was time to fry.
(I reserved the head and tail in the fridge to make a broth for another occasion).
With the salad, I cleaned the vegetables especially the lettuce with plenty of water and a little vinegar, then cut into slices both the onion and tomato, avocado cut into strips and chopped the lettuce into smaller pieces.
Once the salad ingredients were ready, I began to fry the fish in abundant hot oil and let it cook until it was golden brown.
Comencé limpiando el atún y cortándolo en porciones luego lo salpimiente y lo reservé en la nevera hasta el momento de freír .
(La cabeza y la cola la reservé en la nevera para hacer un caldo en otra ocasión).
Con la ensalada, limpié las hortalizas especialmente la lechuga con abundante agua y un poco de vinagre, luego corte en rodajas tanto la cebolla como el tomate, el aguacate lo corte en tiras y la lechuga la piqué en trozos más pequeños.
Una vez los ingredientes de la ensalada estuvieron listos, comencé a freír el pescado en abundante aceite caliente y lo deje cocinar hasta que estuvo dorado.

Ya con el atún listo queda solo emplatar.
Arme la ensalada y luego le coloque un poco de aceite, gotas de limón y una pizca de sal. Coloque las piezas de pescado y está listo para disfrutar.
Sí es tu gusto agregar otro contorno puedes hacerlo, igual quedará muy rico.
